You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use chou4d. Proof of identity and age is required before withdrawal access is granted.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and supported e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
chou4d provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion. Players showing signs of problem gambling may have protective restrictions applied to their accounts.

Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and chou4d ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on chou4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.
In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the specific meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or participate in any form of gaming or betting on chou4d. This requirement is strictly enforced. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be refunded to the verified payment method of origin, and no bonus credits will be released.
chou4d's services are directed principally at players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that access to and use of online gaming services is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on chou4d. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances exceeding the net deposited amount.
Current employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of chou4d, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners are not eligible to register Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
21+ Requirement: chou4d takes underage gambling prevention seriously. We use age verification technology at registration and again at the KYC stage. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access their devices or accounts to use this platform.
To access real-money features on chou4d, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, valid mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Any material discrepancy between your registration information and your KYC documents may result in Account suspension pending investigation. It is your responsibility to update your Account details promptly if your personal information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your password. chou4d recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must notify chou4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. chou4d will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing your Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to use your Account, is expressly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
Before processing any withdrawal request, and at our discretion during the lifecycle of your Account, chou4d will require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This process is mandatory and non-negotiable. Failure or refusal to complete KYC will re sult in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is successfully completed.
Standard KYC documentation required by chou4d includes:
chou4d aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) business days of receiving a complete document set. During peak periods such as Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day, processing times may extend to five (5) business days. You will be notified of the outcome by email and in-platform notification.
chou4d reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to request supplementary documentation for compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money-laundering (AML) purposes. Refusal to provide requested documentation constitutes grounds for Account suspension.
chou4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). chou4d does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit for standard accounts; however, deposits above Rp 10.000.000 may be subject to additional verification checks. chou4d does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per request. Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as your chou4d Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. chou4d targets a processing time of under two (2) hours for verified accounts during standard operating hours (07:00–23:00 WIB).
Funds associated with active bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the automatic cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
chou4d reserves the right to decline, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the affected funds will be held pending investigation, and the Player will be notified where legally permissible.
Note: chou4d will never contact you requesting your full bank PIN, OTP code, or internet banking password. If you receive any such request purportedly from chou4d, treat it as fraudulent and notify us immediately at [email protected].
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by chou4d are subject to these general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all deposit bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 10.000.000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering on games with an RTP above 97% or games explicitly excluded from a promotion will not count toward wagering requirements.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus credits and associated winnings remaining at the end of the validity period will be automatically removed from the Account without notice.
The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

chou4d may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Nyepi. These promotions are governed by specific terms published at the time of each campaign and are subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
All bets and wagers placed on chou4d are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before submitting. chou4d will not reverse or amend confirmed bets due to Player error, except at its sole discretion in cases of manifest technical error.
Sports betting markets on chou4d cover BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and numerous other domestic and international competitions. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, and live in-play betting are available on selected events. All sportsbook bets are governed by our Sports Betting Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms.
Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets offered on chou4d include Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau, and other approved pools. Draw results are sourced from official draw operators. chou4d bears no responsibility for discrepancies between draw results and third-party publications. All togel bets are settled within thirty (30) minutes of the official draw result being published.
Casino and live dealer games operate under the rules of the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the hand or spin result will be determined by the provider's server logs, which are deemed conclusive. chou4d is not liable for losses resulting from Player-side connectivity issues.
chou4d reserves the right to declare any bet void if it was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, if the underlying event was cancelled or abandoned, or if the integrity of the relevant event is under investigation by a recognized sporting authority.
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the chou4d platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of balance:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from chou4d.
chou4d endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. chou4d accepts no liability for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity interruptions, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, chou4d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
chou4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm, even if chou4d has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Games and content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) are the responsibility of the respective provider. chou4d makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party game content.
You may close your chou4d Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any pending KYC requirements, provided no outstanding investigations are underway.
chou4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, provision of false information, or any action that chou4d reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
Upon termination for breach, chou4d may retain any balance in the Account as damages to the extent permitted by law. Bonus balances and associated winnings are always forfeited upon Account termination. Real Money Balances may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which chou4d holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure within thirty (30) days shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent chou4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests.
chou4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
